Shipping Policy

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition as we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or the packing is damaged. One can refuse to take the delivery of the package and call our customer support services and provide your reference number. We will try to make your replacement order as soon as possible.

One can easily track the shipping status by just clicking and putting the reference number in Track your Order Section.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

Shipping time/Delivery time

We always make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order so that you will always get the best services.

Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours as we use the best courier services for your order.

Many times due to weekend and public holiday we provide product delivery to next day. 

We guarantee you to deliver your order within 6 to 7 days and follow the standard warranty of minimum of 15 days. One can notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective products.

Refund Policy

We always guarantee to provide you the accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website.

But if you found damage, item mismatch, or parts missing in your order we 100% refund or use a replacement process.

We are providing 5 days to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order.

 We are unable to offer order cancellation and return without having a valid reason.

Changing or Canceling an Order 

One can change or cancel the order only when if the payment or payment verification is still in process.

Once the payment was done you are not able to change or cancel the order. In some cases, order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer.
